Standard Post: $8.95 flat rate – 2-6 business days
Express Post: $11.95 flat rate – 1-2 business days

Express Post: $16 flat rate – 2-4 business days
All NZ orders are sent via Australia Post which includes full tracking.
Please note: OMM Label does not cover the cost of custom fees/import duties into NZ.
International: Coming soon. We will offer international shipping once international delivery delays to all destinations, due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19, are under control and we can guarantee reasonable shipping time.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to local duty/customs/taxes which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
If your country is not listed in our International Shipping zones at checkout, please contact us at email@example.com and we will happily advise you on international delivery costs and timings based on your particular order and country of destination.
When will you ship my order?
We dispatch orders daily, Monday – Friday. Orders received by 12 pm AEST on a business day, will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Orders made on a Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday will be dispatched on the following business day.
At peak times there may be delivery delays, during which we’ll be sure to keep you updated!

For Regional Australia – 1-7 business days
For international – 1-21 business days (Due to COVID -19 this can be delayed please check our updates)
Note: Once your parcel is passed to our courier, you will receive the tracking details to monitor its progress. We do not take responsibility for items lost in the mail.

Our returns & store credit policy
If you change your mind or aren't 100% happy with your item/s, we will gladly offer you store credit. We do not offer refunds.
By processing your payment with Omm Label, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding any returns of your purchases.
- Items must be sent back within 14 business days of receipt of goods.
- Must be a full-priced item.
- All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- Must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached.
- Be in a saleable condition; no fake tan, makeup or deodorant marks.
- If your item/s do not meet these requirements, Omm Label reserves the right to refuse a return and the item/s will be shipped back to you at your own expense.

If your return is accepted, you’ll be responsible for returning any items via post. Once your return has arrived, we'll issue your store credit to use towards your exchange item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
- Returned items will be issued a store credit unless you have been approved for a refund due to an item fault.
- Store credits can only be used by the credit holder and are valid for 12 months, issued in the form of an electronic gift voucher.
A store credit does not cover shipping costs and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
- Please contact us by email at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your product if you believe it has a manufacturing fault. We will treat this with the highest priority!
- Omm Label will cover the return shipping costs of faulty or incorrect goods.
Once deemed faulty, a refund will be issued on the form of payment made on the original purchase. It can take up to 5 business days to show up in your account.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the credited amount.
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless deemed faulty. Omm Label will pay for the return shipping costs of all faulty items.
- We recommend you to use the same mailer bag you received your order in and return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services. All returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Omm Label.
